Nilashini was quick to respond to my e-mail inquiry and provided me with the best possible price that almost matched the cheapest online booking site. The ticket was issued promptly on the same day, once the payment receipt was submitted. Once you take the personal customer service into account, Travel Shine is certainly far better value than using direct online booking sites.
