Initially the office was set-up at Snowy Drive, but in October 2018 the Customer service centre was opened at 99, Lynbrook Blvd, Lynbrook to provide first class customer service.

Around-the-clock call centre was opened in Sri Lanka since 2015 to assist all travel needs whenever needed.

Our first overseas customer service centre was established for our valuable customers in Ja-Ela Sri Lanka since July 2019.
